Multi-Site HVAC Improvements

The project included central improvements at four different county buildings located within the same city block. The scope at each building included the following: 1) Air Handler and Chiller replacements at the GSA building; 2) Air Handler and Pump replacements at the Administrative Building; 3) Air Handler and Chiller replacements at the Board of Supervisor building; 4) Air Handler replacement at the Human Resources building. Time constraints were the primary obstacle on this project, thus the design for all 4 sites was completed simultaneously with different teams at Net Positive such that plan check submission could be expedited. Net Positive also worked with the county-retained contractor during the design process so that they could start on early procurement and review plans for constructability.
