Net Positive served as the design engineer of record for the mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems for the new Aquatic Center. The project encompassed a complete ground-up facility, including a state-of-the-art competition pool, dedicated support buildings, concessions areas, and fully equipped restrooms.
The Aquatic Center was designed not only to elevate the campus’s existing aesthetic but also to provide a high-performance venue capable of hosting practices, competitions, and community events. Throughout the project, Net Positive prioritized the owner’s sustainability objectives, integrating efficient systems and long-lasting infrastructure solutions that reduce operational costs and simplify maintenance over the life of the facility.
The result is a modern, resilient, and thoughtfully engineered addition that strengthens the campus experience and supports aquatic programs for years to come.
