Goshen Fire Station, Tulare County

Net Positive provided mechanical and plumbing design for this new fire station that will house local Fire Fighters and 3 fire fighting engines. This building was designed using the 2022 code which has heightened requirements for decarbonization and electrification, and although not new to Net Positive, still leads to unique challenges for electrical sizing, heating, and domestic cooking.
