Net Positive was the design engineer of record for the mechanical and plumbing systems for this land-mark building part of the new Fresno Mission designed to support those in need within the Fresno community.  The unique nature of this building to provide living quarters, centralized services, and communal living accommodations required for the mechanical and plumbing designs to handle a variety of unique systems for laundry systems, kitchens, and booster pump systems to name a few.
